This blog will focus on trauma, mental illness, abuse, and recovery. I'll post about my struggles, experiences, and moments of insight. I will also use this blog to vent so at times posts may be upsetting or emotional. I will be posting about some dark and upsetting topics such as suicide and self harm however everything will be tagged and restricted as best I can to provide a safe experience for others. This is not a blog to glorify pain but to document how I survive it.
